We offer tenants multiple convenient payment options including the ability to setup automated E-Payments and mail checks or money orders to our office. Our advanced payment systems process all received rents the same business day, which means our owners receive their rental funds fast. Rental payments are processed and electronically deposited into the owner's bank account. (Owners may elect to have funds mailed in the form of a check)

Our real-time reports and online tools allow owners to review the status of all tenant balances and payment information at any time using a web browser.
