Our building is brand new, why would we need a management
company?
New buildings have just as many, if not more, problems than
older buildings. We will assist your association in working out

What do you suggest?
In our experience there are almost always one or more owners
that would prefer to avoid the cost of management services and
remain a self-managed association. Interestingly, we typically
find that such owners play little or no part in the actual
management of the association. It is the board members that are
spending their free time performing these tasks that would gain
the most relief by partnering with our team of experts. The
owners performing the least amount of work are typically most
adamant about keeping the work in-house.
