History of the Owner's Forum

While designing our Condo Association Management offering we spoke with hundreds of condo owners living in small to mid-sized associations to determine what they wanted most from a management firm. The most common requests were related to communicating with the other owners of their association. Most owners did not even have the contact information for their fellow owners which made obtaining even the most simple information very difficult. Following is a list of the communication specific requirements from the owners interviewed:  

	A central place to find contact information for all owners and key property resources
	A mechanism to allow easy updates to other owners when issues arise
	The ability to ask other members questions about the units, buildings, grounds and other issues
	Allow a member to gain the opinions of the other owners through a voting or polling system
	Minimize the need for lengthy board meetings

The Owner's Forum was designed to provide this functionality and more. Owners can ask questions, post messages to other members and browse through the questions and messages posted by their fellow owners. (Users can also post messages anonymously) It is also simple to create a survey to gather feedback from other owners. A powerful group calendar is available allowing users to reserve property resources in advance or plan for building functions.
