Getting Started in 4 Easy Steps

There are only a few steps required to have your rental properties managed by Connected Property Management:

Step 1: Discuss your Needs

We'd welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and the benefits of our management offering. We’ll provide you with information on our services in a no-stress, no-pressure conversation. Our account managers are available to meet with you at your convenience on evenings and weekends.

Step 2: Property Visit

A member of our team will visit your property and may request to view the inside of the units. We will be courteous and unobtrusive in our visit, but it is important to evaluate your property to verify the level of services required. Based on our findings we will send a detailed management proposal for your review.

Step 3: Proposal and Agreement

If you decide to use our services, we’ll collect information from you about your property. We’ll load the information into our management and accounting systems and determine how we at Connected can strengthen the health of your property. In the case that you are transitioning from another management firm, we’ll work in cooperation with that firm to ensure a seamless transition.

Step 4: Implementing a Winning Strategy

All existing tenants at your property will receive a welcome packet outlining all the information they’ll need, including how to reach out to us, pay their rent, and make use of the online account management tools.

Vacant units will be visited by a member of our leasing department to take photos and evaluate the property and surrounding area. We will produce a market analysis report to determine the appropriate rental price and build an advertising campaign for each unit. After gaining your approval we will launch the campaign and begin the showing of all vacant units.
