Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps

There are only a few steps required to have your rental properties managed by Connected Property Management:

Step 1: Contact us to Discuss your Needs

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your personalized needs and review our solutions. When you call, one of our friendly account managers will spend as much time as required to determine if our packages are right for you. Since we do not require any commitments you can be confident that you are in complete control. Once we have answered all of your questions and have determined what services you need we can move on to the next step. 

Step 2: Property Visit

A member of our team will drive by your property and may request to view the inside of the units. We will be courteous and unobtrusive in our visit, but it is important to evaluate your property to verify the services required and if the property can be added to our portfolio.

Step 3: Proposal and Agreement

After visiting your property we will deliver a personalized proposal for our management services. If you would like to utilize our services you simply need to return the signed agreement and assist your designated account manager in gathering the information about your property. Remember we do not require any long term commitments! After receiving the agreement we will begin our management process by adding your property to our active portfolio. 

 

Early Activities for Rental Properties:

  • Providing a "Welcome Packet" to all existing tenants which details our processes and contact information
  • Call each existing tenant to introduce ourselves. We will make sure each tenant understands how to pay their rent, how to contact us when issues arise and answer any questions they may have
  • Advertising of any vacant units to begin the tenant placement process
